Spirit-Filled Catering was founded byFrancell Wade. Francell is the Executive Chef who cooks only from the heart. Francell works alongside Cabrina Williams, the spunky general manager who has the tenacity for getting things done. Together these two New Orleans natives work hard to bring love, joy and flavor to Indiana and the surrounding states. They have a heart for the people. You can see this reflected in their cooking and professional but fun presence. It is safe to say they leave a lasting impression.

At Spirit-Filled Catering we have a wide range of foods we are capable of making. Our Executive Chef, Francell Wade, graduated from Delgado Culinary Arts. Afterwards he went on to work for Masterson’s Catering in Louisville, KY. He also brings a great deal of knowledge passed on from generations of Wade cooks. Any type of dish you request we can prepare for you. We specialize in New Orleans style and southern comfort food. We can make cultural foods, high class meals, also many different desserts. We are well versed in many techniques to create a 5 star experience.
